What is the marketplace?
The PropFi Marketplace allows community members to buy and sell NFTs among themselves — a secondary market for property tokens.
What are the fees on the marketplace?
We take a 10% fee on secondary market transactions to cover costs and maintain liquidity.
Financial
What profitability can I achieve?
We aim for an estimated average profitability of around 6–7% per year. This is an estimate and not guaranteed.
How does PropFi get paid?
No entry, exit, or capital gains fees. Fees: 10% on primary sales, 10% secondary market, and 1% rental management fee.
